Terms of Service
Effective October 29, 2026
- Truck4Ward is software for managing loads, trucks, drivers and payouts. We don't book, broker or haul freight.
- Your data is yours. We store and process it only to run the service for you.
- AI-read rate cons, mileage estimates and profit figures can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them.
- You're responsible for the people you invite, including drivers, and for having the right to enter their information.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Truck4Ward LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Truck4Ward," "we," "us"). They cover the Truck4Ward dispatch software at loads.truck4ward.com, the driver app at driver.truck4ward.com, and related features (together, the "Service").
If you use the Service for a company, you agree to these Terms for that company and confirm you have authority to do so. "You" then means both you and the company. Dispatch, carrier or other trucking services that Truck4Ward provides are covered by separate agreements, not by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes. The Service is offered only to businesses and users in the United States.
3. Accounts and security
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your login and your account.
- Tell us right away at info@truck4ward.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
- The account owner controls the account, can invite or remove team members, and is responsible for their use of the Service.
4. Drivers and other people you add
You may add drivers, carriers, brokers, shippers and other contacts, and invite drivers to the driver app. You confirm that you have the right to enter their information and to share load details, documents and payout information with them. You're responsible for your relationships with them, including pay, settlements, deductions and any employment or contractor obligations. Drivers who use the driver app see only what your account shares with them.
5. Plans, trials and payment
- New accounts may start with a free trial. Trial length and included features are shown when you sign up. When a trial ends, features that need a paid plan stop working until you choose one.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through our payment processor, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don't give credits for partial periods.
- We may change prices or plan features. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of a price increase before it applies to your next billing period.
- You're responsible for applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may limit paid features until it's resolved.
- Some features have usage limits, such as a daily number of AI rate con scans, to keep the Service reliable.
6. Your data
"Your Data" means the information and files you or your users put into the Service, such as loads, rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, receipts, contacts and payout records. You own Your Data. You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display Your Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell Your Data.
You're responsible for Your Data being accurate and lawful to store and share. Please keep your own copies of important documents.
7. AI features and estimates
Some features use artificial intelligence, including reading rate confirmations to fill in load details, and estimating miles. Others calculate figures such as profit, rate per mile and payouts from the information entered. These outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Review AI-filled details and calculated figures before you book, dispatch, invoice or pay based on them. Rates, dates, addresses, reference numbers and terms on the original documents always control. To provide AI features, documents you choose to scan are sent to our AI provider for processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Notifications and messages
The Service can send push notifications to drivers who turn them on, and system emails such as sign-up confirmations and password resets. Buttons that text or email a driver open your own messaging or email app; you send those messages yourself. Notifications can be delayed or not delivered, so don't rely on them for safety-critical or time-critical instructions.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the Service to defraud, harass or harm anyone;
- upload content you don't have the right to share, or malware or harmful code;
- try to access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours, or get around security, limits or plan restrictions;
- interfere with or overload the Service, or scrape it with automated tools;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on outside providers, including hosting, database and storage, AI processing, email delivery, push notification services and payment processing. Their availability affects the Service. Links to other sites, such as load boards or broker sites, are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for them.
11. Our property and feedback
We own the Service, including its software, design and branding. These Terms don't give you any rights to them except the right to use the Service as allowed here. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
12. Changes and availability
We're improving the Service and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance that briefly affects access.
13. Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, don't pay, or create a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we'll give notice first. After an account is closed, you can ask us within 30 days to help you export Your Data. After that, we may delete it as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 6, 7, 11, 14, 15, 16 and 17) survive termination.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Truck4Ward disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Truck4Ward is not a broker, carrier, freight forwarder or factoring company, and does not give legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Truck4Ward will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, loads or data, even if advised they were possible. Truck4Ward's total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100.
16. Indemnity
You'll defend and hold harmless Truck4Ward and its members, employees and agents against third-party claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Data, your use of the Service, your dealings with drivers, carriers, brokers or shippers, or your breach of these Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any lawsuit relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll notify account owners by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
19. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
